About VPinstaller

The VPinstaller software was developed to help non-technical virtual pinball hobbyists enjoy new tables as they are released. Prior to VPinstaller software, hobbyists would have to track down all the pieces of a pinball table, download, rename and put those pieces in the proper folder locations on their computer or cabinet to get the table to work. Then, they would have to add the table to the menu system by adding the table and configuring the media for each piece (up to 12 items on a cabinet), plus playlists. The same process is necessary for adding PUP Packs as adding Tables. While spending the time to get a table to work properly on our setup would take a while to complete and perfect (and we know what we're doing!), other hobbyists would ask if we could log onto their computer or cabinet remotely to install the same files in their environment. All of these amazing files are free to download and accessible on other websites. As a favor to fellow pinballers, we would spend the time to help get the table (or tables) set up on others' machines remotely. The VPinstaller application automates this process to save fellow pinball fans' time (and possibly money if a tech charges for the service they're providing) since they don't have to schedule a remote session for us to log in and configure their machine so they can play a new table or pup pack. The VPinstaller application does all of the work! Simply click the button to point to a downloaded table and click the Install button to have the table install properly and add it to your menu system. Within seconds, you're ready to play pinball instead of struggling to install and configure files.
